As inspired by the NYC Marathon this weekend...
- Outdoor running gear: (warm head band, running gloves, light fleece) Check
- Competitive Guide to running: Check
- Joined the Brooklyn Running Club: Check
My new goal is to start logging 25 miles/week.
I'm going to try to build up my running skills over the winter, and run my first race (the NYRR Al Gordon Snowflake 4-Mile ) in the Spring. The side effects of these goals are that my asthma will *hopefully* get more under control, I'll get into better physical shape, I'll avoid getting sick this winter, and I'll be able to cope with stress much more easily.
And no, no one is chasing me. :p |
