I nabbed the coolest place! I'll be living with one girl that's an NYU grad student, and a guy that's a professional hoola-hooper and burning man connoisseur. We have our own private patio, and its located right in the heart of Manhattan. It's a very artistic, open-minded and DIY space, yet polished and comfortable at the same time.
