Nearing completion
At work, we are encouraged to keep "personal goals", or on-going side projects, that will help us advance any tech skills we've been meaning to work on. One of my goals to was finish writing a game industry review site (similar to coderific.com) in Ruby on Rails. Along the way I've learned a new scripting language, how to use test-driven development, ajax, and a little bit more about the linux environment. Over all, a fun experience.
The site is for Erin Hoffman (ea_spouse). If all goes well, hopefully we can publicize this at GDC in 2 weeks. Today I get to present her with the site I've made. Wish me luck. :)
